Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for purchases made from Big M Transport.

 

 

1. Return window

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging with all included parts.

 

 

2. Non returnable items

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

  • Items missing parts or original packaging

  • Final sale items, if marked as final sale at purchase

 

 

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

 

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

 

 

5. Return shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective).

 

 

6. Order cancellations

 

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
